About Us

We're a nonpartisan, cross-industry group of business leaders who have struggled firsthand against trade crimes committed by PRC based companies and their proxies. We've lost customers, laid off good people, and shuttered factories.

We've sought justice through the system: collected evidence, filed complaints, engaged enforcement agencies, participated in congressional hearings, and informed the media. Yet enforcement has been too slow and outcomes too few.

We're not here to complain. We're here to contribute. Awareness comes first—plain facts and lived impact—then practical steps to uphold the rule of law, stop and penalize trade cheats, and protect fair competition that supports American workers and businesses.
