About Us

The Alliance for Trade EnforcementNOW is a nonpartisan coalition of American business leaders fighting trade crimes

01

Our Mission

Why we exist and what drives the Alliance forward

The Alliance for Trade EnforcementNOW is a nonpartisan, cross-industry coalition of business leaders who have struggled firsthand against trade crimes committed by PRC-based companies and their proxies. Alliance members have lost customers, laid off good people, and shuttered factories.

Alliance members have sought justice through the system: collected evidence, filed complaints, engaged enforcement agencies, participated in congressional hearings, and informed the media. Yet enforcement has been too slow and outcomes too few.

The Alliance is not here to complain. It exists to contribute. Awareness comes first — plain facts and lived impact — then practical steps to uphold the rule of law, stop and penalize trade cheats, and protect fair competition that supports American workers and businesses.
